The country would be so much safer without Patel - and Bondi, Hegseth, etc., etc. -- all the way down to Trump himself, squatting at the bottom of the Loser List.

Remember who approved these cabinet members by a majority also! They knew every one of them was not qualified but they got the majority of members and voted them in.

"This is exactly the type of behavior" that Trump reserves only for himself. I do wonder, however, if Kash doesn't have enough dirt on the Don to save his ass with a mild rebuke (and threat that he, too, can swim with the fishes).

Debra. Sadly except for us no one else would care whatever Kash had on trump. The republicans in Congress and the magats have come out with reasons to allow him to do everything he has done. I mean he is a pedo and their first excuse was. At least she was 15 and not 5. They donโ€™t really care about anything he has done. Sadly they all should be held accountable for it also. Any of them with children should lose them.

It's time to crash the Ka$h. Really it's time that they all go. Is there some kind of contest going on? Who's the worst government appointee? It's a stiff competition out there. Each one truly awful in their own way. If it wasn't costing us our freedoms and our money it might be funny.

US claims to have created software that gives humanoid robots "real-world intelligence"

The company OpenMind claims its system reduces the gap between robotic mobility and the ability to interpret the world. It makes its decisions using an Nvidia chip.

The US company OpenMind claims to have developed software capable of giving humanoid robots "real-world intelligence," a claim that places the BrainPack platform at the heart of this technological proposal. This compact module combines advanced perception systems, three-dimensional mapping, and autonomous management in a single device powered by high-performance processors.

OpenMind explains that this architecture aims to bridge the gap between robotic mobility and the ability to interpret the environment. According to its developers, the platform performs analysis and makes decisions locally thanks to an Nvidia processing unit, allowing the robot to understand the space as it moves. โ€œThe goal is to bring intelligence closer to mechanics so that machines can understand what is happening around them,โ€ said Jan Liphardt, CEO and founder.

Mapping Capabilities

The system combines real-time scene reconstruction, automatic object labeling, and privacy mechanisms based on face detection and blurring. Thanks to this integration, the robot generates a continuous record of its surroundings, facilitating both its orientation and contextual learning. Furthermore, the company has used this module in demonstrations with quadruped robots capable of returning to their charging base on their own.

The Chief Technology Officer, Boyuan Chen, explains that the platform is designed to offer the reliability of a laboratory system along with the usability of a home device. โ€œWe want any user to be able to trust the data the robot obtains and operate it without complex configurations,โ€ says the executive. The company maintains that this combination allows robots to be used in homes, research centers, and public spaces.

Connectivity and Cooperation

The company has also developed the FABRIC protocol, which allows different robots to share context in real time, exchange information, and verify identity. This tool facilitates coordination between machines and paves the way for collaborative tasks in dynamic environments where several units must act together in an adapted manner.

OpenMind has also created OM1, a hardware-independent operating system that aims to become a unified brain for humanoid robots. With this proposal, the company aims to provide developers and laboratories with a common platform capable of driving advanced models and improving their ability to interpret their environment.

The integration of BrainPack, FABRIC, and OM1 creates a structure designed to enable humanoid robots to operate with greater autonomy and stability, while also facilitating their deployment in real-world scenarios. According to the company, this combination will allow machines to operate with a level of understanding closer to that of humans, thanks to precise environmental readings and collaboration between devices.

This entire regime's behaviour is worse than a bunch of spoilt kiddies playing at grown-ups.

I'd have more luck at playing the part of an Atomic Scientist in a real Lab than this lot of inexperienced children are doing with their antics.

This lot...... It is a shame that the 'short sharp shock of a single slap on the hand' so they won't endanger themselves is now NOT an acceptable form of chastisement. Because this lot certainly need that so they'll stop touching what they certainly should not be playing with.

In reality 'this lot' (the regime) need to be taken out behind the woodshed and given a flogging for all the damage they've done. I'm not going to type out a list as I've better things to do in the next few hours, however, you know what this lot has & hasn't done.

So... Crash Petal has been caught by his 'Daddy Numpty' for spending money he shouldn't have, using the big boy's toys without permission and using employees for certain jobs that they shouldn't have been doing.

My question to you is :- Will Crash Petal be given a limp slap on the wrist with a few words of "Naught-Naughty" or will he be exiled to the Outer Pottsylvania?

Hmmmm... I wonder.
