Thanks Kris ~ but it wasn't strength, it was organising everything in advance. Such as accommodation and all associated details when moving, sorting out personal finances, notifying the Solicitor (Lawyer) to get all the paperwork done, sorting out a new school, speaking with the Parish Priest etc.
Thankfully, in Australia we have Centrelink which provides financial support for those who need it. Short or long term.
There's Medicare (AKA universal health), free and low cost dental, free public hospital, bulk billing GP Doctors (they bill the govt not the patient), The PBS (pharmaceutical benefits scheme), public housing (very low cost rental housing) and many more free and/or low cost services which assist people when they need a bit of help to get themselves back on track.
