I would love to see Texas turn blue. That would absolutely be wonderful for them. That state is the worst in the nation for women's healthcare, scary actually.
I'd worry if I were having my family in Texas. I'd worry something could go wrong and I'd have to be in sepsis to be treated. Family planning and childbirth can be extremely difficult for some people, others, it's a breeze. Most of us are in between but none of us want men in government involved in a family decision.
Texas already actually is blue. We have more democrat voters than republican. We don't register, but that's how we vote. We have been gerrymandered and criminally censored.
If I were still of child-bearing age I would have to leave. People I know with trans kids left many years ago seeing the writing on the wall.
Any smart woman capable of conceiving with the means would leave except -- I'd wait for November if possible. If Talarico and Gina Himojosa win and the Trump regime is impeached and removed, Texas could be a truly awesome place to live.

As a Kiwi I am very much in favor of MMP style democracy. I know it makes governing more of a challenge but it is far easier to get rid of '[I have no words for the American regime] Make no bones I have the greatest respect and admiration for Americans but this man seems he'll bent on tearing down the USA with his aggressive dictatorial thoughts and action. 3 more years!!!
