Adam, thank you for asking him about the vision Democrats should have. We need to define ourselves for the post-Trump future and what we have to offer people. “We're not Trump” isn't a vision and it still revolves around him. Governor Abigail Spanberger never mentioned Trump while campaigning. She focused on issues important to people. That's what we need to do. Prove we're worthy of governing.
Love this interview…..so great what Governor Newsom is doing in Cali with diapers and insulin and healthcare etc. I didn’t know about any of that! He’s a real leader. I know lots of progressives have issues with Governor Newsom, but he’s actively innovating and actually taking action to make people’s lives better, and more affordable. I personally would love to see a President Gavin Newsom. There are a lot of great Dem possible candidates, but he’s definitely showing us how it’s done. I hope more Dems in power follow he lead.
Compare Newsome with any Republican. He's a giant in comparison.
