FYI.. There is already a bunker for a POTUS and Cabinet to escape to under there... with full accommodations. That's a fact. Plus in case of impending nuclear strike they have plans to get a normal POTUS in the air on AF1.. (It has a full command center) and split up the next 3 people in the line of succession and shelter them in different places.
