Kai Trump, Donald Trump’s granddaughter, decided to post a video this week flaunting her trip to Erewhon. To anyone reading this who hasn’t been to California, Erewhon is basically the Gucci of grocery stores, and it’s shockingly expensive even compared to other high-end chains like Whole Foods.
Trump has been informing us that California is practically a warzone overrun by illegal migrants and homelessness, although shockingly, his family sure does love to spend their free time there.

For context, the Hailey Bieber smoothie shown in the video is a whopping $21 before tax or tip. I don’t know about you, but I can’t think of any Americans I know who would happily spend the cost of an entree on a fruit smoothie.
Her lunch and supplement purchases came out to $233.
Let me bring you back to reality for a second. Gas prices are soaring, Americans are in increasingly horrendous financial positions, and anyone you know under 40 has probably given up on any hopes of being a homeowner. Mike Johnson just described this as a “Golden Age.”
I’ll let you be the judge, but this sure as hell does not resemble a “Golden Age” for anyone other than the Trump family.
Now, back to Kai Trump: Beyond the eye-watering prices and obvious out-of-touch vibe, the Secret Service cost is enormous, and taxpayers are footing the bill. Secret Service agents earn anywhere from $50k to $195k+ annually, but it’s even worse when it comes to the Trump family.
Trump and his family force the Secret Service to stay at Trump hotels, and if that wasn’t bad enough, they reportedly jack up the room prices. This isn’t a victimless crime. Taxpayers pay their salaries, so we all end up footing the bill.
The hotel “charged as much as 300% or more above the authorized government per diem”, for Secret Service hotel rooms, according to the report.
It added: “Not only did former President Trump’s D.C. hotel routinely charge the Secret Service more than the government rate, it frequently charged the Secret Service more than it did other patrons, including members of a foreign royal family and a Chinese business interest.” (Source: The Guardian)
The title was originally flaunting the fact that she brought the Secret Service, although this was later changed.
Understandably, thousands of people online were outraged about this, with top comments demanding that she “join the draft.” There literally was not a single positive comment in sight. Here’s a compilation of the top ones:
I’m going to go out on a limb and say if you’ve made it this far, you probably didn’t vote for Trump in 2024. We didn’t vote for this, yet we have to live with the consequences while Trump’s family flaunts it in our faces.
Clearly from all available interviews, she’s not a deep thinker when it comes to politics, to put it lightly.
If a draft happens, millions of American men will be forced to go overseas for Trump’s war against their own will. Meanwhile, Kai Trump rubs this in by showing off the U.S. military fleet. This is fun and games for Trump and his family, while regular Americans are the ones who go overseas and die. Not everyone has the luxury of a doctor on speed dial who will provide them with a phony diagnosis of “bone spurs” so they can dodge the draft.
Already we’ve seen multiple members of the military die in Operation Epic Fury.

This headline was so funny that it read like satire, but believe it or not, Fox Sports also reported on it.
The Trump family has been a scourge on the country, and they’re rubbing it in your face. Trump’s older sons are engaged in obvious crypto schemes through a company called “World Liberty Financial.”
They get away with corruption, Trump gets away with his crimes, and we’re stuck footing the bill.
