It’s always a trip coming on and breaking this stuff down—Trump’s trade deals are mostly smoke and mirrors, designed for headlines more than results. He’s reshaping the government by replacing experienced civil servants with cable news loyalists, which is terrifying when you think about the erosion of actual checks and balances. His silence on the India-Pakistan crisis shows how out of his depth he is globally, and his takes on Ukraine are so underinformed it’s like he’s just parroting whatever a Facebook uncle might say.
Domestically, we’re seeing Gen Z polarize. Women leaning left, men falling into algorithmic rabbit holes that lead to figures like Andrew Tate and RFK Jr. It’s all connected: isolation, disinformation, even the rise in drug use on the job. If we want to build a healthier, more cohesive future, we have to actively push back against this ecosystem of division, bigotry, and false confidence.
