Also, if you think about it, they were all guilty of harming police officers. If that crowd was not there, the officers would not have been killed/wounded.

If this passes, then in the future, a democratic president and congress can say that people kicked off health care, SNAP, etc were harmed. They could set their slush fund at $500 billion and since trump set the precedent, this could be legal.
