Trump Goon Caught Lying About Execution

All right. We have seen an unbelievable change in tone coming from Donald Trump’s Border Patrol commander Gregory Bovino.

He just held a press conference in Atlanta. He is now speaking very differently about the execution of 37 year old nurse Alex Pretti.

This execution has many Americans pissed off. Protests are popping up everywhere. Despite large portions of the country being covered in snow and despite it being negative 20 degrees people still rose up in Minneapolis.

Gregory Bovino was one of the first people to hop on mainstream news and lie only moments after Alex Pretti was killed in the streets. Now he is trying to walk it back.

Today Bovino held a press conference where he meanders and says some BS about “choices.” He sounded like me in middle school trying to meet the word count on an essay.

He said: “That topic is the topic of choices. Now choosing or making a choice is one of the only true freedoms that any of us really have.”

He says we all have a choice in America. Then he victim blames. He says: “When you choose to use your 5 year old child as a shield to evade law enforcement that is a choice that someone makes.”

Yeah. You know who didn’t have a choice?

Alex Pretti didn’t have a choice but to be pepper sprayed. He didn’t have a choice but to be pulled to the ground. He didn’t consent to having his gun taken from his waistband. And he didn’t have a choice whether or not he would get assassinated.

I absolutely loathe what we call on this show “Schrödinger’s investigation.”

MAGA figures like Bovino and Kristi Noem come out and declaratively lie right after an event. But when they get pressed on TV they suddenly say “We have to wait for the investigation.”

A reporter asked Bovino today if Alex Pretti was armed when he was shot.

He said: “I wasn’t there wrestling that assaultive subject... So I’m not going to speculate. I’m going to wait for that investigation to come.”

Wait a minute. You want to know who didn’t wait for facts? You didn’t wait for facts.

Here is what Bovino said just 24 hours ago: “The agents attempted to disarm the individual but he violently resisted. Fearing for his life... a Border Patrol agent fired defensive shots.”

Yesterday he was sure. Today he “doesn’t want to speculate.” It is absolutely impotent. It is absolutely weak.

A federal judge has even ordered the feds to preserve evidence after local law enforcement said they were blocked from the scene. Officials tell us the Department of Homeland Security run by Kristi Noem will conduct the investigation. Not the FBI.

That is unheard of. They are spiking real investigators from collaborating.

Videos appear to show that Alex Pretti never touched his gun and that a DHS agent took it from him before the shooting started. The videos show he was coming to the aid of a woman who had been attacked by federal agents.

We also know that Gregory Bovino was lying about why the entire operation was happening.

He claimed the operation was targeting an individual named Jose Huerta Chuma and characterized him as having a “significant criminal history.”

The Minnesota Department of Corrections just blew that up. They released a statement calling Bovino out by name. They reviewed the records.

The individual has never been in Minnesota DOC custody. Court records show no felony commitments. Public records show only a misdemeanor level traffic offense more than a decade ago.

Gregory Bovino came out and lied about everything. He stepped in it so much that he is now trying to hide behind an investigation he is actively rigging.

Just know this. If they killed you or me they would call us a domestic terrorist or an assassin just like they did with Renee Good and Alex Pretti.
