I know Vance's type. I did social work with white Appalachians in Butler County, Ohio not ten years before he was born. Those were folk who were very attached still to Kentucky, but needed jobs where they could get them. Part of the time I was stationed in Middletown. I remember when Armco Steel closed and the massive number of jobs that were affected. This was the late 1970's during the gas crisis and horrible economic times.
I think I know the folks standing behind Vance in that video. They want opportunities. They will do anything to support their families, including standing there behind that dud of a veep.
I read Vance's book and he's no "hillbilly." He is a Thiel-manufactured clone who will be a slick willy and do Thiel's bidding most of the time. We had him as a US senator for years and he did nothing for Ohio. But he can be very dangerous if put in place following Trump.

One thing I love about the Adam Mockler posts is how short they are. Many are fifteen minutes or less, I can manage that amount of time. An hour is just way too long to fit into my schedule. He seems to cover the topics or he puts up two pod casts to cover the subjects. This really fits my lifestyle, and I feel he is covering the topics well. Way to go Adam!
