This is beyond embarrassing…
Trump just humiliated us on a whole new level
This is genuinely f—ing humiliating.
Not in the hyperbolic, social-media sense. Not in the “that clip was awkward” sense. This is the president of the United States demonstrating, on the world stage, that he either has no idea what is happening around him or does not care.
Yesterday’s meeting between Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu made that painfully clear.
Trump was asked a straightforward question: whether he had any concerns at all about Israel’s actions right now. Not the mass civilian deaths in Gaza. Not the starvation. Not the West Bank settlements. Not the repeated land seizures. Not the fact that his own so-called peace plan collapsed almost immediately.
His answer was stunning in its emptiness.
“I’m not concerned about anything that Israel is doing.”
Anything.
This matters, because Israel has not “lived up to the plan.” Trump rolled out a 28-point peace framework and within 24 hours Israel was launching disproportionate strikes on Gaza. Hamas resurged. Civilians paid the price. The situation deteriorated instantly, and Trump did nothing.
The United States has leverage. Enormous leverage. Over Israel. Over Russia. Over global actors who rely on our military, our economy, and our diplomatic cover. And yet Trump refuses to use it, either because he is incapable or because he is personally beholden.
Then came China.
Trump was asked about China’s escalating naval and air exercises around Taiwan. These are not casual drills. They are preparation. China has been accelerating toward a potential invasion window around 2027, and every serious foreign policy expert understands that.
Trump’s response?
He said President Xi “hasn’t told me anything,” so he’s not worried. As if global intelligence works by foreign leaders calling Trump personally to give him a heads up. As if decades of military signaling can be waved away because Trump “has a great relationship” with Xi.
This is what oblivious leadership looks like.
China tightening the noose around Taiwan. Putin bombing Ukraine while claiming he wants peace. Netanyahu escalating violence while Trump nods along. Trump either doesn’t see it, or he sees it and doesn’t care. I honestly don’t know which is worse.
And then there’s the part that crosses from dangerous into pathetic.
Over Christmas Day, Trump posted more than 150 times on Truth Social. He attacked the media. Democrats. Immigrants. And then he started reposting praise from accounts that weren’t even real.
Foreign troll accounts. Based in South Asia. Based in Eastern Europe. Accounts pretending to be MAGA superfans, praising Trump for “being right” about the election. Trump screenshotted their screenshots and reposted them, as if to manufacture applause.
This has been happening for weeks.
The president of the United States is being fooled by foreign trolls posing as supporters, and he doesn’t realize it. Or doesn’t care. Either way, it’s humiliating.
Then Netanyahu took it a step further.
He literally made up a prize. The “Israel Prize,” suddenly awarded to Trump, with Netanyahu proudly announcing that no non-Israeli has ever received it before. This wasn’t diplomacy. It was flattery as strategy.
It reminded me of a child losing a game and being handed a fake trophy so they don’t cry. Sweet when it’s a grandparent. Terrifying when it’s foreign leaders managing the ego of the U.S. president.
We’ve seen this pattern before. FIFA did it. Other organizations have done it. Hand Trump a shiny object, praise him publicly, and suddenly policy bends. This is the price of entry in Trump’s world.
What’s happening here is deeper than embarrassment.
Trump is trying to turn the United States into something pre-constitutional. A system where one central figure gives and receives gifts, favors, awards, and praise in exchange for policy. Where guardrails don’t matter. Where corruption isn’t hidden, it’s incentivized.
Other countries understand this. Corporations understand this. They know how to play him. And they are.
That should scare anyone who cares about the Constitution, about separation of powers, or about the basic idea that America is not supposed to be run like a vanity monarchy.
This isn’t strength. It isn’t leadership. It’s corrosion.
And the world can see it.
If you appreciate the work we do cutting through MAGA lies and holding power accountable, make sure you’re subscribed and share this with someone who still thinks this is normal.

Is there anyone out there who is more of an embarrassment than the orange asshat, himself? I don't think so. Everything he says and does results in total humiliation. He is the epitome of embarrassment. 😳
It's all to benefit Trump!!! He wants Gaza or a big part of it. He wants property in Russia. He wants property in Greenland. He wants a part of Ukraines minerals. Everything he does is for benefit to him!!! Look at the big picture
