61 from Oregon and horrified by our current administration. Cruelty is the goal. So sad.

I am only 72. I am not horrified but I am rather concerned. When the leader of Iran’s speech sounds more rational than the top 5 leaders of the industrialized nations and the only leader on the planet to stand up to trump. It should not have had to get to this extreme that people feel horrified. This is America and this is a weak Democracy but no matter what we are not going to let go of Democracy. This is a country of fighters. For those who have moved out of the country already we need to let them go because they are weak. This country was built by fighters if you are not up for that fight, then please, leave.

Repugnantans are not upholding the oath they took, it's sad, and infuriating to watch! #NEVER51 🇨🇦

You two are amazing!!! I am so proud to see a younger generation taking the lead on reporting, strategizing and providing insight to the American people. I am in my 60s and am finding comfort seeing folks like yourselves getting out there and working hard to save our democracy.

As an 82 year old grandmother, I remember when John Kennedy became president. We need that strength and inspiration again with young candidates.

They need to close all private prisons!

They influence the courts through kickbacks and some people are being put in danger going into one of these with lower felony charges!

America doesn’t have a criminal justice system it has a criminal justice for profit corporate run industry. I think we should be called the American criminal injustice system.

The United States is broken beyond repair. This corrupt corporate run government will never reform itself. Let it ROT! As long as these evil people exist and are allowed to breathe and breed, nothing will change.

The people in power are a scourge. Purge the scourge.

I am 88 and I am sick and tired of these older people who hold offices in this government who just want to stay in power and do nothing for the citizens they represent. Our young people are our greatest hope!

I am a boomer and love it when young people get involved in politics. No generation has been perfect. Our education system sucks.

Adam, love you to bits, but stop saying he's old. Some of us older persons are very much invested in your political intelligence and believe you will bring in change!!!

Us older folks are begging young people to get involved so we can fully retire. Every organization locally I have joined to fight this current regime are a majority of us seniors.

We are not bad people and we know we are past our prime for running but we also can't walk away. GET THE YOUNG PEOPLE INVOLVED!!!!

This is a real issue. Im genx and go to all the no kings protests and it is rare in my area of Washington state to see anyone under 40 at these protests. I have children the same age as these guys and they are so consumed with survival and disenchanted with the system they can't seem to be bothered a good deal of the time. Although they always vote in every election since turning 18 and are very opinionated on politics. The older millennial has protested a bit and does boycott. The gen z kid works 70-80 hrs a week supporting his partner through PA school and only votes. Their friends seem even less motivated than they do probably because they don't have as annoying of parents as my kids do.

Great discussion, Adam and David.

I am an “older” person who demonstrated against the war in Vietnam and I am absolutely with you regarding everything, especially about our need for young, passionate people like the two of you to demonstrate, fight the old time reps and senators who cannot understand what this country needs now and in the future. (e.g. Is McConnell really alive?…) People with my experience and point of view are with you ALL THE WAY!
