I commented how vile DonOLD is on someone's post on another platform today,expressing that I was no longer surprised by anything he says or does,but wished the press and news media would hold him accountable. I was met with returned comments that this is now normal behavior as displayed by the young people and "Karen" posts. We cannot allow this behavior to become the norm! I would hope the majority found this totally unhinged and unacceptable.
I don't believe the majority accept the degradation of human dignity & embrace nihilism. And, even if it was the majority, we will not allow it. We can't, because it brings us ALL down. Too many of us have invested too much into doing the right things to allow that. Just because some people decided being assholes is normal or cool doesn't mean we're going to let that happen. Screw that. If nothing else, young people deserve a better world than that, so this going to hell isn't going to happen on our watch!

I told him. He said yeah I read that last night. Much of the morning I was shocked. I loved watching "Meathead".
Then I read of another; Anthony Geary - Gen Hospitals Luke of Luke & Laura. My heart felt like it got pounded. Tenderized. Crushed.
Then I read what trump said, my fingers went on over drive. Everywhere I could post - I posted. Telling anyone that would read, what a piece of shit trump is, etc etc.
Some aren't going to. That's been a hard thing for me to accept. We can't wait for them to "get it". We have to find a way forward AND ways to keep these destructive people under control. They have been there all along. The Founding Fathers laid a good foundation, but democracy takes WORK. We have to assert the will of the people & not tolerate a half-assed reality show tinpot dictator & a morally depraved cult.
