America First or Russia First?
From attacking Western allies to echoing Kremlin propaganda, Trump is making it clear where his loyalties lie—and it’s not with democracy.
How is it that in a war Russia started, led by a Russian dictator, the American president refuses to say a single negative word about that dictator?
This administration has put on many performances, but this display was the most disgusting. It started with nitpicking President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s clothing and ended with kicking him off White House grounds. This administration clearly values nothing beyond maintaining the facade of a strong government. And what better way to do that, as an unqualified, dementia-riddled, washed-up actor, than to slip back into the role of a big-shot businessman who could do whatever he wanted because he was just that powerful?
"I think it’s good for the American people to see what’s going on here. I think it’s very important, you see, that’s why I kept this going so long," the U.S. president says before giving the Russian dictator the absolute show of a lifetime.
Authoritarian regimes across the globe have never been happier.
The United States just voted alongside Russia, North Korea, and more than a dozen other Russia-sympathetic countries in the U.N. General Assembly. At the same time, the U.S. refused to vote on its own counter-resolution, which also passed. Neither resolution is binding, but the U.S. used the resulting chaos among Western allies to negotiate a soft deal in the U.N. Security Council. That deal completely waived Russia’s responsibility for invading Ukraine and passed with 10 votes, while every European country abstained.
America has made its global stance crystal clear. The administration has threatened tariffs against Canada and Mexico, blaming them for U.S. drug problems they cannot control. It has falsely accused NATO of failing to pay bills, even though NATO does not collect dues and every member country is spending the required 3% of GDP on military defense. The president keeps spreading lies that European nations have contributed nothing or considerably less to Ukraine than the U.S., despite Europe consistently giving more.

"President Zelenskyy walked away from the table yesterday. I mean, look, I’ve been involved in a lot of bilateral meetings like this with heads of state and dignitaries. These events follow a certain protocol. But his behavior shocked everyone," House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) said.
Watching this meeting play out makes it clear just how detached from reality this statement is.
"One more question," and on cue, attack dog Vance begins lamenting about Joe Biden and worshiping Trump. Zelenskyy corrects him, pointing out that the conflict started long before Biden took office. Trump then incorrectly claims the war began in 2015 instead of 2014.
All of this hostility is unnecessary, but when Vance demands that Zelenskyy specifically thank this administration for all it has done, the situation becomes completely inappropriate. Yet Republicans would have you believe Zelenskyy was the aggressor. Despite the blatant lies Trump is spreading about Ukraine’s inability to defend itself without the United States—a point Zelenskyy even clarifies: “Yes, I’ve heard it all from Putin before.”
Claiming to be a strong leader who refuses to give money away and puts America first is one thing. Threatening to let a world leader’s country be destroyed unless he strokes your ego is another.
From day one, this administration has openly opposed Ukraine’s interests and shown exactly where its loyalties lie. The United States has fully bent to Russia, throwing Zelenskyy under the bus by announcing to the world that unless he bows to Trump—and, by extension, Russia—the U.S. will abandon the post-World War II global order for the first time and side with Russia.
The people in power are counting on you to forget history. They rewrite history in real time, twisting facts, erasing context, and replacing reality with whatever serves them best. They want you to believe that yesterday’s truth was a lie, that documented events never happened, and that questioning their version of history makes you the problem.
But history doesn’t belong to them—it belongs to those who remember. Independent journalism is one of the last defenses against revisionist lies, and without it, the truth disappears. Seek out real reporting. Support independent media. Because the second we stop fighting for the truth, they will replace it with lies

I know you can’t see or hear speaker Johnson but what I saw and heard was JDVance attacking Zalinsky and then Trump jumping in and bullying Zalinsky. Zalinsky was more respectful than I would have been but he is a president trying to save his country while our regime president is trying to destroy America. Look who he has voted for Russia, North Korea and other dictator countries. He is destroying our democracy from the inside out. He is a Russian mole probably has been for years! Conspiracy theory? Actions speak for themselves. Wake up MAGA you are contributing to the destruction of your countries democracy.
This is all because Trump was not held accountable for his crimes years ago. The first time he went to Russia in 1987 should have been a red flag for everyone!
